An herbal consultation is a gentle, intuitive assessment of the physical, emotional, and energetic patterns shaping your current experience. Together, we explore the messages your body, mind, and spirit are sharing — and what they may be asking for.
Where modern allopathic medicine often focuses on symptom relief, and heroic healing traditions emphasize purging or removal, the Wise Woman way centers nourishment, support, and deep listening. We honor the body as a wise ally — not a problem to fix.
In our session, you’ll receive personalized recommendations that may include supportive herbs, food-as-medicine guidance, lifestyle or seasonal shifts, plant spirit allies, or nervous system practices. Each recommendation is tailored to your unique constitution, patterns, and the inner wisdom and wholeness already alive within you.

60-Minute Herbal Consultation / Wise Woman Consultation
A full-length session for deeper, more intricate mind–body–spirit patterns.
In this spacious hour, we explore your physical, emotional, and energetic landscape, tracing root causes and themes. Ideal for ongoing concerns, chronic patterns, or moments when your soul is asking for a more complete holding. You’ll receive a holistic, personalized plan — herbal, energetic, lifestyle, and ritual support woven together.
Exchange & Reciprocity
30-Minute Herbal Consultation: $50–90+ per session
60-Minute Wise Woman Consultation: $120–240+ per session
This work operates on value-based reciprocity. You pay a $20 deposit (for 30-min herbal) or $50 deposit (for 60-min Wise Woman) when you book, then complete your contribution after our session based on what feels aligned — the value this care brings to your life, what you are reasonably able to afford, and the reality that this is how I make my living.
Those with more resources help make this work accessible to those with less.
*Herbal products (tinctures, teas, oils, salves, and custom blends) are available for purchase at an additional cost. Pricing varies based on the plants and type of medicine chosen. All products are offered in right relationship with the time, care, and materials required.*
My work is rooted in traditional, earth-based herbalism — including folk Western herbalism, energetics, tissue states, and cross-cultural wisdom systems such as Curanderismo, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. My approach is grounded in nourishment, intuition, and deep relationship with the plants, not in medical diagnosis or clinical treatment. These sessions are not licensed medical care.
