Before the full journey begins, the gate opens. Join us for a free ceremonial gathering to welcome the Spring season, call in the directions, and begin attuning to the medicine of Air and the Cognitive Realm. No prior experience needed — only a willingness to slow down and listen.
What is EarthSpeak?
We live in a world that teaches us to ignore our instincts, override our bodies, mistrust our intuition, and disconnect from the Earth that sustains us. But we cannot heal in the same environment that is making us sick.
EarthSpeak is a sacred space for unlearning and remembering — a language course for nature and soul. Not a step-by-step program. Not a how-to guide.
This is a container for returning to the original language spoken through wind and symbol, intuition and sensation, synchronicity and dream, plant and pattern, body and breath.
EarthSpeak is a return to:
presence rather than productivity
being rather than performing
devotion rather than discipline
sensing rather than striving
Here, you don't follow a protocol. You follow what calls to you.
This is not a learning of something new. It is a remembering of something ancient.

Orientation to the cosmology, the medicine of the season, attuning to nature's language, and opening the senses that were numbed by modern life. Introduction to listening and being practices used throughout.

Attention, reprogramming, thoughts as wind. Un-learning the mental patterns shaped by systems, returning to your own inner knowing.
✦ WEEK 3 — SOUTH · FIRE · THE ENERGETIC REALM
Vitality, boundaries, will, direction, passion, protection. Understanding your energy as an element itself — something that can be tended, nourished, redirected, honored.

Feeling, dreaming, intuition, and emotional currents. Differentiating between anxiety and intuition, and learning to navigate and tend to our inner waters.

EarthSpeak moves through eight weeks, each one a gateway into a different realm of awareness.

Body, instinct, nourishment, grounding, sacred economics. Reclaiming the body as a site of wisdom, communication, and connection.
✦ WEEK 6 — BELOW · THE ANCESTRAL REALM
Lineage, roots, memory, inherited patterns, ancestral memory & intuition. Reclaiming the wisdom of what has been demonized: the underworld, the wild, death, feminine, darkness.
✦ WEEK 7 — ABOVE · THE SPIRITUAL REALM
Exploring nature-based spirituality. Connecting to and accessing our infinite nature.
✦ WEEK 8 — WITHIN · THE INNER REALM
Integration, sovereignty, and learning to trust, befriend, and tend to your inner world. Connecting with the wisdom of the unique manifestation of your soul.
EarthSpeak is not a pre-recorded course or a set of instructions to follow. It is a living, breathing experience — as close to gathering in the hedgerows as we can be without standing shoulder to shoulder. What you receive here is a blend of guidance and freedom, structure and spaciousness, community and solitude. You co-create your journey based on what you feel called toward, and the hedge meets you exactly where you are.

In the EarthSpeak Hedge you will find:

We gather for 2 hours each week on Mondays from 6-8pm PT for a live Google Meet session exploring the element/direction of that week. These calls offer grounding, teaching, reflection, and shared presence.
Can’t attend live? All calls are recorded and sent out afterward.

Each week, you’ll receive handwritten, grimoire-style teachings, reflections, and worksheets. These pages weave ancestral wisdom, cognitive exploration, and nature-based insight — something to keep, work with, and return to long after the journey ends.

Instead of specific tasks or deadlines, each week offers ideas for devotional practices aligned with the week’s element. You choose how to engage — lightly, deeply, experimentally, or intuitively. The “assignment” is simply to explore what calls to you and make it your own.

In addition to the weekly live calls, you’ll have access to an optional group chat where you can share insights, devotional practices, questions, or personal magic — or simply witness and listen. This experience can be communal or more of a self-study; whatever you desire.

This is the course I wish I had.
EarthSpeak is both foundational and deep — and that is intentional. It dives into the elemental language of nature that underlies so many healing and mystical traditions: tarot, Ayurveda, herbalism, chakras, astrology, shamanic practice, ecopsychology. These traditions speak different dialects of the same ancient tongue. EarthSpeak is where you learn the root language beneath them all.
If this is your first foray into earth-based or mystical practice, EarthSpeak will open doors you didn't know existed — and give you a living, embodied framework to walk through them with confidence and curiosity.
If you are years into your healing or mystical journey, EarthSpeak will do something different: it will add a depth of understanding to what you already practice, weaving threads you may have sensed were connected but never quite had language for.

Why Walk this Journey With Me
I hold this work at the crossroads of the clinical, the ancestral, and the deeply intuitive.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience, including ten years serving veterans within the VA as a trauma therapist. My background in evidence-based psychotherapy informs my ability to create spaces that are safe, steady, and capable of holding depth.
I am also a folk herbalist and student of the plant world, weaving traditional Western herbalism with advanced studies in energetic herbalism and nature-rooted healing traditions such as curanderismo. Since 2011, I’ve been immersed in tarot, ancestral practices, earth-based spirituality, and esoteric study — not as performance, but as devotion, practice, and lived relationship.
EarthSpeak is the convergence of these threads:
the clinical skill to hold the psyche with care,
the herbal and elemental wisdom to engage the body and the land,
and the intuitive, ancestral knowing to guide a journey that is as mystical as it is grounded.
I didn’t learn this work from one teacher or one lineage — it has been a lifelong apprenticeship with the earth, the unseen, and the human soul. What I offer here is a space that is trauma-informed, earth-rooted, and spiritually alive; a hedge-space where you can meet yourself, your devotion, and the elements in your own way, at your own pace.
