Integration Circle
MONTHLY COMMUNITY PRACTICE · 90–120 minutes · $65 per circle or $180 for three months
The work does not end when the insight arrives. An insight can be true and still disappear under the weight of ordinary life. Integration Circle is a steady place to return—to the body, the practice, the questions that remain, and the people willing to stay in honest relationship with their own work.
What the circle is for
Integration is not a performance of being healed. It is the slow work of making room for what you have learned, what you are still learning, and what daily life keeps revealing. The circle is being designed as a facilitated, recurring space for reflection, embodied practice, seasonal themes, and accountable return. It may support people coming out of a deeper container or intensive, as well as people who need a consistent community practice within the confirmed scope of the offering.
What it may include
A clear opening and closing ritual
Grounding and nervous-system-aware practices
Guided reflection connected to Descent, Tending, or Return
Witnessing without fixing, diagnosing, or forcing disclosure
Group agreements for privacy, consent, choice, and respectful participation
A defined escalation path when someone's needs exceed the circle's scope
What it is not
Group psychotherapy unless explicitly structured, consented to, and offered as such under the required clinical framework
Crisis care or emergency support
A place to give unrequested advice, diagnose others, or pressure disclosure
A substitute for individual medical, psychiatric, or clinical care
A promise that one session will create lasting transformation
